Q. How do I update my account or profile information?

Log in to your account. You can change your account or Virtual ID information by clicking the links in the dashboard.

Q. How do I change my password?

A.

Log in to your account. Click the link to edit your account information. You will be asked to enter your new password twice to ensure it is correct.

Q. What if my contact details change?

A.

Log in to your account and update your information. For example: if you’ve moved address but kept all the old phone numbers, you will only need to change your address details. Every time you update your Virtual ID, it’s a good idea to review this to make sure that all details are correct. You can do this by selecting preview in your Virtual ID dashboard.

Q. Transferring your Virtual ID to a new Mimark product

A.

Once you have set up an account, you can transfer your Virtual ID to a new Mimark product in the Settings area of your Dashboard. Follow the prompts by entering in the 8 alpha-numeric characters on your old product, and entering your 8 alpha-numeric characters on your new product. Once you click on “Submit”, this will deactivate your old Mimark product and cannot be undone. Your Virtual ID will be transferred to your new Mimark product and will be effective immediately.
