Q. Where is my information stored and for how long?

The Mimark database securely stores your information as long as you have a subscription to the Mimark database.

Q. How much is an annual subscription and what does this cover?

A.

There is no enrolment fee to get started with Mimark. There is an annual subscription fee of $20 for each recognizer profile. A family rate is available for three or more members, capped at $50 per annum. To be eligible for this discount, the recognizer profiles need to be affiliated with the same account holder. The annual subscription pays for storing your identification and medical information on the secure Mimark database.

The subscription rate of $20 per annum applies to all Mimark QR Label Packs.

Q. What period does my subscription cover?

A.

Your subscription starts on the day you create your account and runs for a year, then automatically renews on the anniversary date.

When you add a new Virtual ID (Mimark recognizer or Mimark label pack) to your account and create a new profile, the subscription for that profile will start on that day and run for a year.

Q. Does my subscription renew automatically?

A.

Yes. A month before your subscription expires, we’ll email you to let you know it will be renewed on the anniversary date. On your anniversary date, the form of payment listed in your billing information will be charged for your next year’s subscription. Remember to keep your payment details up-to-date on your Mimark account.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, log in to your account and edit your account details.

Q. What happens to my information if I cancel my subscription?

Your information will remain in the Mimark database for 14 days, in case you change your mind. After that, your information will be removed.
